TGCM Bible College
provides a variety of services online, e-mail help, and phone support to
assistance
students
at all stages of their educational journey.
Student
Handbook At the time of registration the college asks that you
view the requirements and information in the TGCM
Bible College Student Handbook. For more information contract the
Admissions Office at admissions@tgcm.org
Student IDs At the time
of registration the college asks that you upload an image of yourself.
This image will be used to
create your TGCM Bible College Student ID. If you lose your ID, a new one can
be issued. Contract the Admissions Office at admissions@tgcm.org. The IDs are used
for Exams that you will take at a nearby Library or other facility.
TGCM Online Library
and Textbook Rental
The TGCM online library and textbook check-out system is
available only to students enrolled in and pursuing a degree. The
system is also available to Certificate students in USA. The online library has a small limited amount of downloadable references.
However, students can use the library to check-out
references on topics. There is a fee of $10.00 to cover shipping to the
student (up to three books at one time). There is a limit of three books that
can be checked out by a student. Students must pay shipping to return the
books back to the college library. Students cannot receive credit for
their class or take any exams until their checked-out books have been returned.

Questions
About Degree Plan
If
you have a question concerning your Degree plan or degree path towards
graduation, please notify your student advisor by email advisor@tgcm.org or the Academic Counselor’s
Office at academics@tgcm.org Please
have your degree plan that your were given when you enrolled ready and describe
questions you have in detail. Someone will email or call you to discuss your question
using the phone number on your student record.
General
Questions About Courses
If
you have a question concerning a online or correspondence course you are taking, please
notify your student advisor by email advisor@tgcm.org
or call us in the USA at (952) 465-6104. Please have the course number and
title ready and a description of the problem you are experiencing. Please
leave a detailed message. Your advisor will try to answer all of your questions. They may also forward your email or question to the Student Affairs office if they deem it necessary to ensure the student's inquiry is addressed.
Student Tuition Policies
If
you have a question concerning your monthly payment plan, please
notify the Admissions Office by email admission@tgcm.org
or call us in the USA at (952) 465-6104. Students on payment plans are required to pay their monthly tuition donations on-time. Students who do not meet their obligations will be placed in an "on-hold" status until their obligations are met. Students who do not bring their accounts current with 90 days of their past due donation can be withdrawn from their program and/or college at the descretion of the Admissions Office.
